Private Site, Not a Records Office. Parkland Residents Directory does not belong to a government agency or records custodian. We cannot retrieve a file, issue a certified copy, verify occupancy, or alter an official database. Contact the agency that keeps the record for those services. Call 911 in an emergency. Contact local law enforcement if stalking or harassment may be occurring.
Where to Request a Record
Choose the Parkland topic that matches the record you need:
- Street and parcel questions: use the Parkland street directory.
- Older volumes and household history: consult the Parkland city directory collections.
- A search for one person: follow the Parkland resident lookup process.
- Official custodians: review the Parkland resident records offices.
- Material not posted online: submit a focused request to the proper custodian under the Washington Public Records Act, chapter 42.56 RCW.

For deeds and recorded real-estate documents, contact the Pierce County Auditor. Superior Court files go through the Pierce County Clerk, not an ordinary county public-record request. General county agency requests begin at the Pierce County public-records page. Include a date range, address or parcel number, record type, and any known document number.
